Your account includes a Security Center in Settings where you can manage your password, two-factor authentication, active sessions, login activity, and security notifications, and report suspicious activity.
Choose a strong, unique password. Cater Market never stores passwords in plain text and uses industry-standard secure password hashing. You can change your password at any time, and request a reset if you forget it.
Where supported, you can enable two-factor authentication using an authenticator app, email, or SMS. Two-factor authentication adds a second step at login so that a stolen password alone is not enough to access your account.
You can review devices signed into your account and sign out of all devices from the Security Center if you lose a device or suspect unauthorized access.
Your Security Center shows recent login activity so you can recognize unfamiliar access. Suspicious logins trigger a security notification.
We send a notification when your password is changed, a password reset is requested, a new device signs in, your email or phone number changes, your payment method changes, or a suspicious login is detected. Review these notifications and secure your account if you did not perform the action.
If you notice anything unusual, use the Report Suspicious Activity tool in the Security Center. Provide details and we will investigate and help you secure your account.
Use a unique password, enable two-factor authentication, keep your contact information current so security alerts reach you, and never share your verification codes. Cater Market staff will never ask for your password or one-time code.
